As an 80 year old woman, I appreciate that Dr Theivendran agreed to perform the reverse shoulder replacement on me. I’m incredibly lucky and grateful that I was able to have my operation in February 2020, before the lockdown started in March. Dr Theivendran made me feel comfortable and listened to; he took the time to answer any questions I had and explained the operation and recovery in great detail.

Mr Theivendran was excellent in every way. He was very professional, everything was communicated clearly and he has a lovely bed side manner (So to say). I felt completely at ease with him and I can’t thank him enough. Mr Theivendran is a credit to the health service and I’m very grateful of his expertise. I can not fault the care that I have and I know if I have any problems between now and my next appointment with him then I know his secretary would be very helpful as she sorted my sick note out when I left hospital without it and did this very promptly. Excellent care throughout and again thank you ever so much to Mr Theivendran.

My Experience on Left Shoulder On entering hospital 7.30 am 26/11/2019 i was taken to a ward on the 3rd floor and escorted to a bed by a nurse who made me feel at ease .I signed forms and also consented to have the operation photographed for training purposes .Mr Kanthan Theivendran and Mr Parak came to see me i felt confident about what they were about to do, my pre - opp was at 10.15 am.When i came back to the ward i was treated very well by nurses and medical staff ,the doctors came and said they were very pleased with the opp everything had gone to plan .I have seen Mr Theivendran twice in out paitents he is very pleased with my progress and physio is going well ,i am so very pleased with the outcome i would like to thank everyone involved so much Trevor Kempson.
